Apple Extends Non-Disclosure to App Store Rejection Letters

Apparently, Apple has now started labeling their rejection letters with Non-Disclosure (NDA) warnings:
THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS MESSAGE IS UNDER NON-DISCLOSURE
Now that is BS. Balmer might be a monkey boy with “Developers, Developers, Developers” but I think Jobs is in the corner sneaking in “Bend over, bend over, bend over” in the middle.
That really is kind of a dick-move right there.
Also, your blog gives me a “Flash not installed” blurb even though I definitely do have the latest Flash plugin (Firefox 3.0.1, OS X 10.4.11, Flash plugin 9.0r124). Has been for the past few weeks now; it’s OK under Firefox/Ubuntu. FYI.
